write out the Ucv-lines read during startup (debugging feature)
Default: CONTROL_writeUcvLines = 0 (no write out)

| 3 | write both all lines and selected lines |
| 4 | write both all lines and selected lines as well as pause after each CommonVar This will not work with more than 1 MPI process! |
