Note:
- %ind_ETA_sm% is smoothed before usage in VelocityAlgorithm in order to stabilize the numerical solution by relaxing jumps, especially towards the boundary. For smoothing, see also COMP_nbSmooth_Eta and COMP_facSmooth_Eta. For stability, see also COMP_AdjustEtaEff.
- %ind_ETA_sm% is the smoothed %ind_ETA_eff% if \( \mu = 0\).
