SAVE_PrecisionTimestepFile
choose the precision (number of digits) for values in the timestep file (UCV)
This parameter controls the precision in TimestepFile.
Default: SAVE_PrecisionTimestepFile = 5 (numbers of the form 0.12345E+01)
SAVE_PrecisionTimestepFile = 8 # enforce 8 relevant digits, leading to output of the form 0.12345678E+01.
