BEmap_CosNormalAngle

Cosine of maximum angle between normals in BE_MAP (UCV)

Default: BEmap_CosNormalAngle = 0.5 When using BEmap_PointFilter_Version=3, this parameter determines the maximum angle \( \alpha\) between the normal of the currently considered boundary element and the one stored in (%ind_n(1)%,%ind_n(2)%,%ind_n(3)%) for a point in its neighborhood. If the angle is larger, i.e. if
\begin{align} \mathbf{n}_{BE}\cdot\mathbf{n}_{PT} = \cos(\alpha) < \text{BEmap\_CosNormalAngle}\end{align}
then the point will not be included in the mapping.
