BND_point

An independent point can be defined by

• its (initial) coordinate (x,y,z):
  BND_point &AliasName& x y z GeometryManipulations
• the node index ip of an already existing node:
  BND_point &AliasName& ip GeometryManipulations

If it is defined by its coordinates, MESHFREE automatically creates a new node point as a basis. A BND_point can be used to trigger:

• SMOOTH_LENGTH definitions
• INTEGRATION-statements using values at this point, e.g. %POINT_APPROXIMATE%
