THICKNESS
(optional, experimental) defines the thickness of the shell elements
MESHFREE thickens shell elements per alias. This development is specific to LSDYNA.
Example:
For BEs which have shared edges across aliases, a default thickness will be given as defined by the cv variable, LSDYNA_ShellElement_ThicknessOffset(1)
Note: The use of this functionality is only implemented for the direct coupling with the co-simulation tool LS-DYNA
