METAPLANE
(optional) define a cutting plane for MESHFREE points
Points outside the METAPLANE will be cut off.
The METAPLANE flag takes a number as parameter. METAPLANEs are grouped together according to this index, allowing for more complex deletion logic:
If there are multiple METAPLANE groups, points are only deleted if they are considered outside with respect to all groups. Within each group, points are considered outside if they are outside any of the METAPLANEs of this group. The number has to be >=1.

- If a METAPLANE is used to delete points during a simulation (e.g. points leaving a domain), IDENT should be set to %IDENT_cut%.
- If a METAPLANE is used to initialize a free surface, IDENT should be set to %IDENT_free% and at least MAT and CHAMBER should be specified.
- Visualization of a METAPLANE can be turned on for ENSIGHT6 with the additional flag 'P' (see SAVE_format).
