Educational, Academic, Industrial and Trial Licenses

When downloading the software MESHFREE, the customer automatically obtains the following
Free of charge Academic License (see conditions below) with the following additional characteristics:[1]
The Educational License requires no license file or license server.
For use beyond these limitations, an Industrial License, Academic License or Trial License can be acquired separately.
The customer may solely use the software MESHFREE for research or educational purposes.[1] The software MESHFREE may not be used for commercial, industrial or manufacturing purposes, commercial training or other purposes of generating a profit.
The customer acquires one or several floating or user licenses from Fraunhofer or its designated partners at the current prices (information upon request).[2]

The Trial License is controlled via a license file that the customer receives separately from Fraunhofer or its designated partners.

[1]: Simulations in the field of use "airbag deployment simulations" are excluded.
[2]: Floating Licenses are controlled via a license server, user licenses are controlled via a license file with user name. With A floating license, SEVERAL users can run one simulation (at a time). With a user license, one (named) user can run an unlimited number of simulations (at the same time).
